Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, offering friendly, efficient, and professional support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high resident satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between residents and our property management teams. This part-time, temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident enquiries via telephone, email, and in‑person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding tenancy agreements, maintenance requests, and community policies.
  • Log and track resident issues using company CRM and elevate where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company services, policies, and local area information.
  • Support property management teams with administrative tasks related to resident communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on common resident concerns and service bottlenecks.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all residents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within property management, student accommodation, or a related sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work part‑time hours as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
