Job information Night Caretaker from the Company Hello Student Management Limited, located in Southampton, United Kingdom. This job opening is open to job seekers with a GCSE education.
Job Responsibility:
The Night Caretaker will work 42 hours/week with a 4-on-4-off work pattern.

We\’re Hello Student, part of the Empiric Student Property Group, with over 9000 beds around the UK.
As a Night Caretaker, you will:
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of two sites alongside your team
- Carry out basic maintenance work and report health and safety issues or compliance concerns
- Undertake varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Oversee planned maintenance duties set out by the building manager
- Provide customer service to students throughout the night
- Undertake fire warden responsibilities overnight
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a nights position
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
