Job information Night Caretaker from the Company Hello Student Management Limited, located in Southampton, United Kingdom. This job opening is open to job seekers with a GCSE education.

Job Responsibility:

The Night Caretaker will work 42 hours/week with a 4-on-4-off work pattern.

As a Night Caretaker, you will:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of two sites alongside your team
  • Carry out basic maintenance work and report health and safety issues or compliance concerns
  • Undertake varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
  • Oversee planned maintenance duties set out by the building manager
  • Provide customer service to students throughout the night
  • Undertake fire warden responsibilities overnight

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a nights position
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
