Are you an experienced Customer Engagement Consultant who relishes in making a great first impression? Do you have experience in sales or increasing revenue? Have you worked in Purpose Built Student Accommodation or a similar setting? If the answer is yes then we\’d love to hear from you.
The role
As a Customer Engagement Consultant you will be responsible for revenue generation through managing all sales enquiries that come in through all contact channels. Ensure we deliver a service of excellence in all our interactions with our customers which leaves a lasting impression. Supporting the delivery of all sales and service campaigns throughout the operational cycle.
Qualifications and Experience

Likely educated to minimum of A levels or equivalent with GCSE/O level or equivalent passes in English and Maths.

Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience working to SLAs and/or KPIs including customer satisfaction, lead conversion/sales.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a variety of individuals and dialects

Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in order to resolve customer queries

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to achieve common business objectives

Proficient in Microsoft packages
