Customer Engagement Consultant

Are you an experienced Customer Engagement Consultant who relishes in making a great first impression? Do you have experience in sales or increasing revenue? Have you worked in Purpose Built Student Accommodation or a similar setting? If the answer is yes then we\’d love to hear from you.

The role

As a Customer Engagement Consultant you will be responsible for revenue generation through managing all sales enquiries that come in through all contact channels. Ensure we deliver a service of excellence in all our interactions with our customers which leaves a lasting impression. Supporting the delivery of all sales and service campaigns throughout the operational cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Likely educated to minimum of A levels or equivalent with GCSE/O level or equivalent passes in English and Maths.

• Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience working to SLAs and/or KPIs including customer satisfaction, lead conversion/sales.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a variety of individuals and dialects

• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in order to resolve customer queries

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to achieve common business objectives

• Proficient in Microsoft packages
