Hello Recruitment Services Limited are working with an established and growing main contractor in Hull who are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.
- Managing projects commercially from tender through to final account
- Estimating, cost planning and tender submissions
- Subcontractor procurement and valuations
- Cost reporting, cash flow and variations
- Working closely with project and site teams
- 5+ years QS experience within construction
- Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Relevant degree, HNC or equivalent experience
- Competitive salary
