Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
- Support pupils' individual learning needs through effective differentiation and personalised approaches.
- Establish and maintain positive behaviour expectations to ensure a focused, productive learning space.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to promote whole-school success.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- Contribute to school events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community.
Person Specification
- We welcome applications from individuals who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have successfully completed their ECT period.
- Are confident and adaptable teaching across different year groups and school settings.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
- Are patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting pupils' individual needs and progress.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
