Hello Education are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has the knowledge and experience of working with Autistic students. Ideally, the Teaching Assistant will have previously worked on a 1-2-1 basis and/or in small groups to provide additional support. You will be working within a local specialist school, who provide their students the highest level of education and care. The students who attend the school are aged between 2-19 years old so flexibility and experience with a range of age ranges would be an advantage.

If you have experience working with those with Autism, whether that be within schools or as a support worker, Hello Education would love to hear from you.

Successful applicants will have the following:

  • Previous experience supporting those with Autism
  • Confident communicating with young people
  • Behaviour management and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
