Make a Real Difference 1:1 Support Where It Matters Most
Hello Education is working with a welcoming Primary School in Bradford who are looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant to work with their SEN pupils. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils, building trust, confidence and academic progress through personalised support in a calm, structured setting.
About the role:
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN
- Support learning
- Deliver structured, engaging sessions tailored to the pupils' individual needs
- Help build confidence, independence and exam readiness
- Work closely with school staff to follow learning plans and targets
- All sessions will take place on-site within the school environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting young people with SEN (school, tuition or care settings)
- Is confident supporting English and Maths
- Is patient, calm and able to build positive relationships
- Can adapt learning approaches to suit individual needs
- Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is happy to apply for one)
