Managing projects commercially from tender through to final account Estimating, cost planning and tender submissions Subcontractor procurement and valuations Cost reporting, cash flow and variations Working closely with project and site teams
5+ years QS experience within construction Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Relevant degree, HNC or equivalent experience
