Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Home Counties based Surveyor to work within the Healthcare section of a national commercial property business. This is a fee earning role where you work towards an annual target relevant to the Surveyor level and act as an ambassador of the business both internally and externally.

The role is mainly focused on the GP surgery sector where you will get involved with valuations and landlord and tenant work whilst supporting portfolio clients with rent reviews and lease renewals. You will manage a caseload of instructions and work with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and assist in business development type activities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified chartered surveyor with at least 1 year PQE and a basic knowledge of landlord and tenant negotiations, particularly rent reviews and lease renewals. Property valuation experience would also be beneficial alongside good communication skills.

The role is paying a generous salary of up to £40,000 plus car allowance of £4,500 for this immediate start.
