Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency – Stopsley, Luton, Bedfordshire – Salary: Β£40,000 plus ote inc basic salary.

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Sales Negotiator for a premium Estate Agent in the Stopsley area of Luton.

You will be part of a busy office and hopefully have some previous or current experience in this type of role.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with 1 hour’s unpaid lunch-break and you are expected to attend the morning meeting at 8.30am. Every other Saturdays per month 9am to 4pm with a week day off in lieu for each Saturday worked.

You will also have 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Business miles will also be reimbursed at 40p per mile.

The basic salary and on target earnings will give you on target earnings of Β£43,000 per annum.
