Hello Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-respected estate agent in North Luton. Our clients are a forward-thinking independent company that have been operating in Luton and surrounding villages for the past eleven years. We are looking for a sales negotiator/property professional with the right attitude, dedication and willingness to succeed. This position will lead to bigger and better roles within the company as we look to expand the business.
The successful candidate will need to have a confident manner, excellent customer service skills and a desire to succeed in sales whilst retaining complete integrity.
The role will include:
- Assisting clients find a suitable property to buy or rent
- Conducting viewings
- Listening and understanding clients' needs and requirements
- Generating new leads for valuations and mortgage referrals
- Negotiating offers
- Providing the customer an experience they will not forget
Sales experience within Estate Agency is preferred yet not essential. A driving licence and vehicle is a must.
Salary: £19,000.00 to £25,000.00 depending on length of experience. OTE £30,000+
Commission structure, mileage allowance and pension scheme to be discussed at interview stage.
