Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an HR Manager for a busy and successful environmental based service based in Epsom, Surrey. This is very much a "hands on" HR role where you will have the opportunity to support, look after and develop employees as the business continues to grow.
As HR Manager you will be the go to person for all HR matters and own the whole recruitment process from taking on staff through to onboarding, development and wellbeing. Creating and updating policies, looking after payroll, benefits and HR systems and driving initiatives to build engagement and create a positive working culture are all key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in an SME type business with a good understanding of UK employment law and enjoy working independently. If you want a position where you own the HR function and can shape it in the direction you want then this is the role for you.
The salary on offer for this purely office based vacancy is Β£50000 to Β£55000 plus benefits depending on experience.
