About the role
This role is about growing our awards through pipeline and conversion. You'll own the full journey - from someone first downloading the Entry Kit, through to submitting an entry, potentially getting shortlisted, and booking a seat or table at the ceremony. You won't be measured on activity. What matters is outcomes: how the pipeline grows, how well it converts, and the revenue it delivers.
Why this role?
Awards are central to Hello Partner (we run the Performance Marketing Awards, Influencer Marketing Awards and global variants). When they're working well, they generate high-margin revenue, attract the best brands and agencies, and strengthen our position in the market. The opportunity here is to take what already exists and build a conversion engine that consistently drives entries and turns that momentum into real, repeatable revenue.
What you'll own
- Entry pipeline growth
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists
- Drive Entry Kit downloads across key segments
- Work closely with marketing to shape campaigns
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, targeting and conversion
- Funnel conversion
- Own email workflows in HubSpot - timing, messaging and CTAs
- Improve entry and shortlist-to-attendance conversion
- Reduce drop-off across the funnel
- Shortlist conversion
- Convert shortlisted entrants into attendees
- Manage structured follow-up for non-responders
- Apply light-touch, high-impact human intervention where it counts
- Self-serve (ecommerce-led)
- Optimise 'book your table / seat' journeys
- Improve urgency, pricing and deadlines
- Reduce reliance on sales
- Implement AICRM & reporting
- Own pipeline tracking in HubSpot
- Build reporting and lead scoring
- Continuously improve funnel performance
How you'll work
You'll report to our Marketing Lead and collaborate across awards, sales and product. Day-to-day that means working with Awards Managers on priorities and targets, partnering with sales on high-value opportunities, and working alongside our Head of Design & AI to improve conversion and user experience.
In your first 6–12 months, you will have
- Built a clear, measurable awards pipeline
- Increased entries and Entry Kit downloads
- Improved shortlist-to-attendance conversion
- Introduced structured nurture journeys
- Delivered measurable revenue growth
What we're looking for
- Background in marketing, growth, CRM or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of funnels and conversion
- Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Able to turn data into clear, practical actions
- Experience in events, media or B2B is a bonus
- Exposure to self-serve or product-led growth is helpful
This role is not a fit if you prefer traditional sales, focus on activity over outcomes, or avoid data and accountability.
What you'll get:
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with length of service
- Company pension
- Health cash plan
- Cycle to work scheme
- Training budget to support your development
- Hybrid working - 3 days in our Bristol office, 2 from home
- Weekly fruit, regular cake days, early Friday finish and team socials - we're a close-knit team that enjoys spending time together
