The Role

To research, develop and deliver high-quality conference agendas, speaker programmes and insight-led content for CreatorFest and community-driven initiatives such as advisory boards and focus groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • To research and produce high quality & innovative agendas grounded in the latest trends/future direction of the Creator Economy.
  • Use ‘Fear & Greed’ analysis to identify threats, risks and pressures affecting the industry, as well as opportunities, growth levers and competitive advantages.
  • Convert these insights into themes and sessions that speak directly to creators, brand leaders and agencies, as well as tech priorities.
  • To contribute towards portfolio development of commercially viable programmes.
  • Ensure agendas help solve real challenges faced by the community by incorporating actionable frameworks, case studies and practical takeaways.
  • Conduct interviews, desk research and outreach to validate themes and test session viability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure compelling, accurate web/agenda copy and positioning.

Speaker Acquisition & Management

  • To source, select, and secure participation of industry-leading speakers.
  • Manage all communication, content calls, briefing, preparation and onsite support.
  • Build long-term relationships with industry leaders, ensuring our events attract authoritative and diverse voices.
  • Liaise with sponsors (and our commercial team) to fulfil contracted content opportunities while ensuring editorial integrity.

Event Delivery

  • Act as liaison to all speakers, overseeing the speaker room and track operations at CreatorFest and related portfolio events.
  • Work with Production team and Operations teams to ensure flawless delivery of sessions.
  • Manage agenda accuracy across websites, event apps, printed collateral and digital platforms.

Advisory Boards & Focus Groups

  • Establish and run the Creator Economy Advisory Board, including recruitment, meeting prep and facilitation.
  • Lead quarterly sessions to gather strategic insights into market behaviour, challenges and opportunities.
  • Run focused workshops and roundtables to validate agenda themes and test new content ideas.
  • Synthesise insights into actionable recommendations for events, awards and the broader Creator Unit.

Awards Category Development & Winner Editorial

  • Review and refine Global Influencer Marketing Awards & Creator Awards categories each year, ensuring they reflect emerging trends and industry shifts.
  • Leverage advisory board and community insights to evolve categories and maintain relevance.
  • Oversee award-winner write-ups and editorial inclusions, ensuring high-quality coverage that highlights innovation and strengthens category credibility.
  • Work closely with the Awards Manager on category development and content positioning.

Reporting, Planning & Quality Control

  • Provide monthly progress reports to the Portfolio Director covering speaker pipeline, content direction, research insights and community feedback.
  • Maintain accurate speaker and research records within HubSpot, Monday.com and other internal systems.
  • Support long-range planning for CreatorFest, Creator Awards, and community programmes such as the CreatorFest Collective.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of B2B conference production, research, journalism or content experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Creator Economy or influencer marketing industries and/or suitable experience as a Conference Producer in another field(s).
  • Exceptional research, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify and translate complex themes into clear, engaging market-aligned content.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Experience facilitating advisory boards, workshops or focus groups.
  • Understanding of award category development or industry editorial.
  • Ability to challenge ideas, shape content direction and contribute to strategy.
