The Opportunity
We are looking for a digitally native Content Creator with strong social media landscape knowledge, who is obsessed with the world of trends and culture, applies creative thinking and has proven experience producing engaging visual and multimedia content for global brands. You'll have solid experience in socialâfirst concepting and possess a range of skills including content production, filming on iPhone, video editing and general design knowledge. You will be fluent in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. You will also have a strong point of view and awareness of social best practices, latest trends, news and platform updates, follow the right creators, know the next trending sound, what format works, or when the trend is dead or not right to hop on. You'll also be a team player with the ability to work independently with multiple departments across the business, translating creative and content strategies into engaging social moments. Lastly, you'll understand the world of paid social and how to adapt bigger campaign concepts into socialâfirst messaging.
Requirements
What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Ideating and inputting into the monthly content calendar including concepting, scamping and copywriting
- Expert on social media platforms, formats and trends; proactively spotting clientârelevant opportunities
- Skilled in selfâshooting and editing TikTok video content
- Experience shooting at events and locations
- Solid understanding of design processes, layout and typography, and understanding of brand VI on social
- Lead designed content output on your accounts
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and CapCut required
- Excellent attention to detail, knowing the client's brand guidelines inside and out, ensuring all creative is delivered to the correct standard
- Basic understanding of analytics and data and how to use them to improve social content
What Else Are We Looking For?
- Ensuring all planned and reactive content ladders up to the overall content strategy
- Working with creative teams on how to translate big campaign ideas into socialâfirst content
- Briefing the design team on creative concepts, ensuring the results meet the client's overall social strategy and VI
- Turning around simple adâhoc design requests when required
- Working with the insights and analytics team to translate data and use it to improve content streams
- Solutionâdriven problemâsolver, establishing yourself as the goâto person on the account
- Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
- Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to elevate issues above you or require unnecessary input from colleagues
