Your mission
To lead and manage H! Fashion’s digital content strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, style, and audience. Building a strong community of users not via SEO.
The Digital Growth Manager will optimize digital traffic, build a strong community, grow audience engagement, and drive revenue through innovative strategies and compelling content plans.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute H! Fashion’s digital content strategy in alignment with editorial and commercial objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the output of all digital stories, ensuring quality, relevance, and revenue potential.
- Maintain the tone and voice of H! Fashion across all digital platforms.
Traffic Optimization and KPIs:
- Drive substantial growth in website traffic, ensuring high performance against ambitious KPIs and targets.
- Implement and refine SEO strategies to maximize organic search traffic.
- Use advanced analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to monitor traffic trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and execute strategies to grow traffic through newsletters, social media, and other digital channels.
E-commerce and Revenue Generation:
- Produce shopping stories that align with the brand’s style and generate revenue through affiliate links and partnerships.
- Work with commercial teams to identify and develop new monetization opportunities.
Team Collaboration and Management:
- Collaborate with the Editor, Audience, and Social teams to meet and exceed digital KPIs and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and innovations, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, including content scheduling, uploads, and updates via CMS.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Research news, trends, and products for editorial content.
- Write and edit digital articles, ensuring all content adheres to editorial guidelines and maintains brand consistency.
- Source and manage images for digital stories, ensuring high-quality visual presentation.
Event and Campaign Support:
- Work closely with the editorial team to execute digital and social media strategies around events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Participate in social media and online video content as required.
Leadership and Analytics:
- Enable the team to remain innovative and competitive by incorporating insights from analytics and trends into the editorial strategy.
- Be accountable for regular meetings and updates to assess performance against KPIs and refine approaches as needed.

Experience
A proven track record in significantly growing website traffic is essential, as well as a deep understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
