Who You Are: We’re looking for our first full-time Retail Account Manager to join our team. As the company's first retail partnership hire, you’ll embark on a journey with us and play a key role in our ambitious path to becoming an omnichannel global beauty leader. You will manage and nurture our relationships with wholesale and retail partners such as Sephora, Boots, Selfridges, Douglas, and many more. Additionally, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand’s reach by identifying and securing new retail partners, ensuring that Hello Klean meets its store sales targets and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and communications with key retail accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets at retail locations.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand Hello Klean’s presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Prepare the documentation and launch materials for new retail partners.
- Arrange store staff training and educational material for in-store distribution.
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail account management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
