Hello Klean is a London-based beauty brand solving hard water problems. We've sold 1M+ units and grown 700% over two years, entirely bootstrapped. We're looking for a content & community coordinator to support our content, influencer, seeding, and localisation initiatives across France.

This role will help shape community-driven storytelling, ensure regional relevance, and strengthen our relationships with creators. This is a hybrid role ideally based in London but we're open to review remote candidates as well.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a solid background in social media and experience working within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • You know how to write sharp, clear briefs, manage content reviews with a meticulous eye, and identify creators who feel authentically on-brand.
  • You're proactive, confident in your decision-making, and comfortable building strong relationships with local influencers and partners.
  • This is a mid-level role suited to someone who's ready to take ownership, meet clear KPIs, and move fast within a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UGC and Influencer Content Management: Source, brief, and manage the delivery of high-quality user-generated content assets.
  • Influencer Seeding: Coordinate and track monthly product send-outs to micro and mid-tier influencers, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Maintain the seeding database and manage tracking for our French influencer and seeding content through Archive.
  • Market Localisation: Support with and manage local events when needed, and support with local retailers. Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance across French, Spanish, and German audiences.
  • Community & Activations: Support with EU activations, local influencer initiatives, and support with community requests in the region.
  • Local Social Media Advisory: Provide input on local social media trends, platform nuances, and content formats to ensure Hello Klean's campaigns resonate with local audiences in France.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly reports on UGC, influencer engagement, and localisation projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in a similar role.
  • The role is remote.
  • Native-level proficiency in French. Fluent English is also required.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience overseeing content creation in beauty, wellness or lifestyle.
