About Hello Klean
At Hello Klean, we’re redefining beauty by tackling the hidden impact of water quality on hair and skin. Our award-winning products are stocked by retailers such as Sephora, Selfridges, and Cult Beauty, and trusted by customers across the UK and beyond. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand’s vision to life through thoughtful, intentional, and emotionally resonant design.
About the Role
You’ll collaborate on larger brand projects and independently own smaller creative initiatives such as packaging, social media, and event collateral. This role helps strengthen consistency, elevate creative quality, and foster collaboration across teams. We’re looking for a designer who understands how to do more with less. Someone who can find emotion in functionality, and bring meaning to minimalism. Your work should feel balanced, refined, and quietly impactful, never loud or over-designed. Experience in fashion, beauty, or creative studio environments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer on key brand and campaign projects.
- Independently lead smaller creative initiatives across packaging, social content, and marketing materials.
- Design clean, cohesive visuals for digital and print, from campaign graphics and infographics to in-store collateral and mailers.
- Develop assets for events, partnerships, and gifting that reflect Hello Klean’s elevated brand identity.
- Translate complex ideas into visuals that are simple, functional, and emotionally engaging.
- Work primarily in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with flexibility to use Canva or Figma when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of layout, typography, and restraint, knowing when to let simplicity speak.
- Purposeful Creativity: You bridge functionality with feeling, bringing warmth and intent to every visual.
- Brand Cohesion: You can think holistically, ensuring consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Attention to Detail: Confident in execution, with appreciation for craft, print, and presentation.
- Commercial Awareness: You balance creativity with business objectives to design work that connects and performs.
Why Join Us
- See your work across leading global retailers and digital platforms.
- Join a small, passionate team where design is central to storytelling.
- Enjoy a hybrid work structure, two days in our London office, three days remote and one month working remote.
