You’ll be the operational engine behind Hello Klean—ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and our customers (and retail partners) get what they need, when they need it.
- Overseeing supply chain and logistics across DTC, retail, and Amazon channels
- Managing 3PL partners in the UK, Germany, the US, and the UAE
- Managing retail purchase orders and wholesale fulfilment
- Forecasting stock, planning replenishment, and minimising excess or out-of-stock issues
- Tracking and analysing operational KPIs (inventory health, delivery costs, 3PL performance)
- Building scalable processes as we expand across regions and channels
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—ideally within a DTC or consumer brand
- Experience managing 3PLs and working across international markets
- Solid understanding of freight, customs, warehousing, and inventory management
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Detail-oriented with a systems mindset—you love making things run smoother
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally (liaising with suppliers, founders, and customer care regularly)
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in autonomy and takes pride in outcomes
