The Role
We're looking for an E-commerce Manager to own and optimise our online presence across Shopify. You'll drive sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience across our key DTC channels.
Who You Are
- DTC Native β You have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce operations
- Platform Expert β Deep experience with Shopify
- Data-Driven β You draw insights from analytics and translate them into action
- Organised Operator β You balance efficiency with consistency and manage projects effectively
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week at our Shoreditch, London office.
What You'll Do
- Platform Management
- Own day-to-day operations across Shopify
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised for search, and conversion-focused
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with ops to prevent stockouts
- Localisation
- Manage translation of localised website content to ensure a seamless international customer experience
- Maintain consistency across regional storefronts
- Growth & Optimisation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
- Customer Experience
- Optimise product pages, information hierarchy, and review management
- Implement best practices for customer service, fulfilment, and returns
- Analytics & Reporting
- Report on KPIs including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement
