As a Producer at Hello Games you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our releases, keeping the team up to date with current and future development plans and making sure the team has everything they need throughout. This is a very hands on role and we are looking for someone who will enjoy the opportunity to take on all areas of production, from coordinating and tracking development tasks, supporting QA and managing bug lists. You’ll have familiarity with all phases of game development, bringing builds together and going through the various submission pipelines for all major platforms. You will definitely wear multiple hats, getting stuck in wherever needed, be self-directed, and importantly, relish working closely with all disciplines.

- Help maintain a positive team culture and morale
- Report on development progress and potential risks, proactively solving issues as they arise
- Prioritise, delegate and help balance work‑loads for the team during development
- Support with scheduling and defining deadlines
- Ensure and facilitate clear communication amongst the team
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve development effectiveness and quality of life
- Ensure high quality releases
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in all stages of game development having worked on a project end to end as a Producer and shipped two games launched on multiple platforms.
- Experience of supporting multiple projects on multiple platforms
- Comfortable with basic scripting and able to read through debug output
- Post‑launch experience with a live service game is a plus
- Self‑driven and motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Good analysis skills with an understanding of the difficulties involved in making a game, resulting in a logical approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to use your own initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Good empathy and effectiveness at fostering a collaborative working environment
