  • Have experience (or a passion to gain experience) working with children on the Autistic spectrum or with additional educational needs in a UK based school or care environment.

  • Know how to create a safe, inclusive, and uplifting environment for pupils with diverse needs.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are ready to obtain one and dive right in!).
