We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join the team and support the development and delivery of high-performing email campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working cross-functionally, and has a keen eye for crafting engaging content that drives results. You'll play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing initiatives that align with broader marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Execution: Support the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated workflows. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Schedule and deploy campaigns through email marketing platforms.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and layout to improve engagement. Share insights and suggestions for ongoing performance improvements.
  • Content and Design Collaboration: Work with copywriters and designers to develop visually appealing, on-brand email content. Ensure templates follow deliverability and best practice guidelines.
  • List Management and Segmentation: Maintain and update subscriber lists, managing segmentation for targeted campaigns. Support initiatives to grow and retain email subscribers.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Assist in compiling campaign performance reports. Maintain documentation for processes and campaign activity.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns in a marketing or digital team.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimisation techniques.
  • Comfortable working with data, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email best practices for design, segmentation, and deliverability is a plus.
