About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and compassionate care assistant to support vulnerable adults in the Willington area. You’ll be working with a client, providing care in the community and supporting them to access activities for social stimulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1‑2‑1 personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting clients with type 1 diabetes, asthma, and other conditions
  • Supporting clients who may be non‑verbal or have limited communication abilities
  • Monitoring blood glucose levels and administering insulin where required
  • Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK without needing employer support
  • Driving licence and access to own car
  • At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
  • Flexibility essential – varied hours required to meet clients’ needs
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to excellent care
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
