Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one. Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We are an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Morecambe.
Your role will include:
- Complex clinical care interventions
- Medication administration and health support
- Mobility, positioning, and personal care
- Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals
What we offer:
- £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
- Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period
- DBS paid for by Routes Healthcare
- Travel to and from training covered
- Consistent 12-hour shifts, days or nights

What you’ll need:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- 6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential)
