Female Care Assistant – End of Life Care – Driver with Own Vehicle North and South Kirklees
£12.71 per hour + paid annual leave and bank holidays + 30p per mile

About the Role: Routes Healthcare is a leading homecare provider — a care company, not an agency. Our Kirklees End of Life team supports people who are coming to the end of their lives and want to remain in their own homes. You'll travel between clients' homes providing personal care with dignity, medication support, and a calm presence for clients and families. Specialist end of life training and any clinical training you need starts from day one.
Shift Pattern: A fixed two-week rota you can plan your life around:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Plenty of opportunities to pick up additional hours.
