About the Role: This is a home care position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centred care and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
  • Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
  • Travelling between client visits throughout your shift
