Responsibilities

  • Developing care plans and risk assessments
  • Overseeing the safe administration of medicines
  • Undertaking observations, spot checks and Quality Assurance
  • Completing and updating care records on our in-house systems
  • Assisting your Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service
  • Managing on-call duties on a rotating basis

Qualifications

  • Someone passionate about putting people first
  • At least 1 year's experience working in community care
  • Organisational & time management skills
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their care team
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care is a big bonus
  • A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role, given the travel across the Bromborough and Wirral area

This role is based at our Bromborough branch, with the majority of your client visits taking place across the Wirral area. You'll predominantly be working in and around Bromborough, Wirral, with mileage reimbursed for travel to client visits. Start your application at your convenience.
