Female Paediatric Complex Care Specialist - Regional Support Team

Location: North East Region (Newcastle, Gateshead, North & South Tyneside, Sunderland)

Fully funded Enhanced DBS

Shifts: Various shifts available, including 6-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour day and night shifts. Weekend availability required, guaranteed hours available after successful application.

Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Female applicants only due to specific client care requirements. Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available.

About the Role:

Routes Healthcare is expanding its specialist Paediatric Regional Complex Care Team and is looking for experienced care professionals to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs across the North East.

You will provide specialist one-to-one and two-to-one care, supporting clients with:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning and airway management
  • Ventilation support
  • Complex personal care
  • Neurological and spinal injury support
  • Clinical observations and monitoring
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life

Travel across the region is required, with mileage paid.
