Location: Kemp House, Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9PH

This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self-assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team.

Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while honing practical skills. Your journey will encompass a diverse array of placements across multiple departments, including but not limited to:
