The Opportunity
At Hellios, we are excited to welcome dynamic and enthusiastic University Graduates to participate in our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Management Development Programme. This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self-assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team. Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while honing practical skills. We recognise that transitioning from student life to your first career role can be overwhelming. However, at Hellios, we appreciate the significance of work-life balance. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer blended working arrangements to support your success and well-being.
Your journey will encompass a diverse array of placements across multiple departments, including but not limited to:
- Team leadership & operational management
- Data analysis & problem-solving

Each placement will provide you with unique insights and hands-on involvement in critical aspects of our operations, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set and a robust understanding of how our business operates.
