The Wensum Trust is seeking a dedicated SecondaryScience Trust Lead for a permanent, full-time position on the L9-13 scale. Weare looking for an exceptional professional to join us in our vision of workingtogether to help every child develop into a high achieving, confident, healthy,caring, and resilient member of their community.

In this pivotal position, you will lead theSecondary Science strategy for The Wensum Trust while undertaking the roleof a Head of Faculty at Hellesdon High School. Your core purpose will be todevelop and lead a strong Science subject community, ensuring excellentstandards of provision that deliver outcomes exceeding national averages forstudents at both Key Stage 4 and 5. At Hellesdon High School we arecommitted to evidence-informed classroom practice and a knowledge richcurriculum in every subject. We believe that empowering students with knowledgeis the best way to help all our young people to become creative, well-rounded,successful life-long learners.
