The Wensum Trust is seeking a highly motivated and conscientious colleague to join our sixth form team at Hellesdon High School as Head of Year.
Responsibilities
- Support the personal development and education of students.
- Maintain the school’s behaviour and wellbeing support system.
- Work effectively as part of the school team and take initiative where appropriate.
- Engage and motivate children while addressing barriers to learning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of how to engage and motivate children.
- Understanding of the barriers to learning that may affect students.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable.
