Location: Bridge Road, Goonhaven, Truro, TR4 9QL

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000

Job Type: Permanent

Test Technician - The Role: You will provide essential support across multiple functions within our manufacturing operation. Your day-to-day activities will involve testing cable harnesses, assisting with repairs and tool calibration, supporting the stores and quote processes, and contributing to inspection and testing activities. You will play an active role in process improvement initiatives and support the production function as needed, ensuring company objectives are achieved.

Test Technician - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing of cable harnesses and instigate corrective actions where required
  • Assist in the repairs process and calibration of tools
  • Support the stores function and assist with the quote process
  • Assist with inspection and testing activities in line with production requirements
  • Play an active role in process improvement and the implementation of change
  • Provide adhoc support within the business to ensure company objectives are achieved

Test Technician - You:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment
  • Ability to multitask and support various functions across the business
  • Strong commitment to quality, process improvement, and company objectives
