Product Management Support - The Role:
This varied role combines technical administration, project coordination, data analysis and stakeholder management. You will maintain product master data, support product launches and changes, coordinate documentation and provide day-to-day support to the Product Management function. You will act as an important interface between UK and European Product Management teams, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Operations colleagues to ensure product information remains accurate and accessible while supporting business projects that contribute to product portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
Product Management Support - Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product master data within ERP and STEP systems, ensuring information remains accurate, complete and up to date
- Support Technical Product Managers with administration of product portfolios, product changes and lifecycle activities
- Coordinate product-related projects, including new product introductions, product changes and portfolio improvement activities
- Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, technical drawings and product information
- Provide first-line technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, escalating complex matters appropriately
- Support investigation and resolution of product-related customer issues in conjunction with Quality and Product Management teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes, systems and data quality
Product Management Support - You:
- Experience working with ERP systems and business data, with competent use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Highly organised and analytical with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Able to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities, managing multiple priorities independently
- Preferably experienced with STEP or similar Product Information Management systems, product management, product support or project coordination
- Ideally exposed to a manufacturing or technical environment with knowledge of product lifecycle processes
