Quality Engineer - The Role:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site meets and maintains required Quality Standards. Working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams, you will support product verification and testing activities, analyse data, conduct investigations, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation. xgikmsk You will be integral to supporting operational excellence and meeting customer expectations, contributing directly to our reputation as a market leader in cable management solutions.
Quality Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer complaints and returns, initiating appropriate action for long-term resolution
