Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator

Location: Chipping Warden, Banbury, UK (Hybrid working available)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an organised Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator. The role requires strong communication skills and a can‑do attitude, an organised and adaptable approach, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinate building maintenance and third‑party contractors.
  • Maintain a central log of all compliance certificates and ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Ensure accident logs are maintained and filed appropriately.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety risk assessments and be responsible for the administration of Health and Safety documentation.
  • Work with our third‑party Health and Safety provider to ensure we have all required documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute business KPIs daily.
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership personnel.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Organised, methodical individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload effectively, and work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of AI tools to assist with these applications is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and business information.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Own transport is essential due to the remote location of the office.
  • No experience necessary.
