What you’ll be doing
- As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader within the brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food standards, flawless execution and a kitchen culture built on pride, pace and professionalism.

- Supporting stock control, ordering and waste management to meet food margin targets.
