As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every aspect of the restaurant’s success. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will:

  • Have previous experience as a General Manager within a premium high-volume quality restaurant
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers on its ambitious goals
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to shape the vision and performance of the restaurant
  • Lead, inspire and develop a talented front‑of‑house team, creating an environment of passion, precision and pride
  • Take ownership of the restaurant’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional standards at all times ensuring flawless delivery and a guest experience of the highest calibre
  • Build loyalty with guests, ensuring our regulars and VIPs receive personalised, memorable service every time
  • Maximise restaurant covers and revenue opportunities while maintaining uncompromising standards
  • Champion collaboration between front of house and back of house, ensuring seamless communication and operations
  • Take responsibility for budget management, payroll forecasting and financial performance
  • Identify and act on business opportunities that enhance profitability and market presence
  • Represent the restaurant externally, networking and building strategic relationships that promote the venue and its world‑class offering
