Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service.
We’re now looking for a Commis Chef - Pastry to join our kitchen brigade. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their culinary career who’s passionate about pastry, eager to learn, and ready to develop their skills in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the pastry section with daily mise en place and service
- Assisting in the production of desserts to Hell’s Kitchen brand standards and recipes
- Learning and developing pastry techniques under the guidance of senior chefs
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
- Keeping your section clean, organised and well prepared for service
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
What you’ll bring:
- A passion for pastry and a genuine interest in developing your culinary skills
- Some kitchen or pastry experience (professional or college trained)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
