Responsibilities
- Proactively identify the most effective route-to-market opportunities and develop alternative growth strategies.
- Manage the company's financial operations (full P&L responsibility).
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners to drive market expansion.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales and go-to-market strategies to maximize brand reach and profitability.
- Develop independent market- and wholesale strategy both UK and International.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, profit, and market share targets across all sales channels.
- Ensure optimal in-store presence and product visibility to enhance consumer engagement.
- Manage budgets (internal and customer-facing) with a focus on ROI and financial discipline.
- Deliver data-driven business performance reports to track progress and inform strategy.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the UK market.
- Excellent, experienced commercial professional with a strong financial understanding.
- Proven track record in actively managing beverage wholesalers.
- Strong knowledge of the European wholesale channel and established partner network is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with key account partners.
- Experience in leading and developing FMCG field sales teams.
- Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skill.
- Goal-driven professional with a can-do attitude.
- Valid Category B driving license.
