Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify the most effective route-to-market opportunities and develop alternative growth strategies.
  • Manage the company’s financial operations (full P&L responsibility).
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners to drive market expansion.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales and go-to-market strategies to maximize brand reach and profitability.
  • Develop independent market- and wholesale strategy both UK and International.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profit, and market share targets across all sales channels.
  • Ensure optimal in-store presence and product visibility to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Manage budgets (internal and customer-facing) with a focus on ROI and financial discipline.
  • Deliver data-driven business performance reports to track progress and inform strategy.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the UK market.
  • Excellent, experienced commercial professional with a strong financial understanding.
  • Proven track record in actively managing beverage wholesalers.
  • Strong knowledge of the European wholesale channel and established partner network is an advantage.
  • Existing relationships with key account partners.
  • Experience in leading and developing FMCG field sales teams.
  • Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skill.
  • Goal-driven professional with a can-do attitude.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
