As a Medical Sales Specialist for this market-leading radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging and medical physics technology provider, you’ll sell and support medical devices that improve clinical outcomes. Proactive medical sales and support of radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging and medical physics (QA) medical devices via long-standing, established and new hospital-based customers, including Radiotherapist, Medical Physicist, Clinical Scientist, and Radiographer professionals in NHS and private radiotherapy and medical imaging departments, as well as purchasing teams.

This is not a hard sell; it’s about building relationships based on knowledgeable support, understanding customer challenges to provide advice and product demonstrations, guiding them through the purchase and delivering tailored customer education and support. Covering the South UK, you’ll visit customers 3-4 days per week, work from home 1-2 days, and spend 1-2 nights away from home per week, with the freedom to manage your diary to maximise efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Clinical background preferred: Radiotherapist / Radiotherapy, Radiographer / Radiology, or Medical Physicist / Clinical Scientist, with experience or a keen interest in medical sales.
  • Previous experience in medical sales or as an application specialist would be useful but is not required, as product and medical sales training will be provided.
  • Vital: a natural communicator, a can-do mentality, self-motivated, organised, and passionate about improving patient outcomes while making clinicians' lives easier.
  • Willing and able to travel across the South UK with a full UK driving licence and rights to work in the UK.
  • Ideally with good transport links e.g. London, Chelmsford, Maidstone, Crawley, Brighton, Guildford, Portsmouth, Southampton, Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff. Other Southern locations happily considered!

PACKAGE

Salary guide: £45-55,000 (depending on experience) plus an uncapped bonus, a company car, and a great benefits package that includes a wellbeing allowance.
