As a Medical Sales Representative for this global leader in radiotherapy QA and medical dosimetry, you'll develop and grow medical sales and customer support across the Central UK region. Sales of high-quality medical dosimetry and quality control instruments primarily for radiotherapy, supporting new and existing hospital accounts. Customers include Clinical Scientists, Dosimetrists, Radiotherapy Physics specialists, Therapy Radiographers / Therapeutic Radiographers within NHS and private radiotherapy departments, as well as purchasing teams, and universities.
Proactively identify medical sales opportunities, build meaningful relationships, deliver product demonstrations and presentations focused on radiotherapy QA and medical physics solutions, represent the company at UK and occasionally overseas exhibitions, and provide customer training and support. Visit customers across the Midlands / Central UK region, e.g. Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Lincoln, and Peterborough.

REQUIREMENTS Either proven success in medical sales (medical devices), ideally selling into radiotherapy, medical physics, or a closely related field, with a commitment to developing a strong understanding of radiotherapy physics and QA. Or a Therapy Radiographer / Therapeutic Radiographer, Radiotherapy Physicist, Clinical Technologist (RT), Dosimetrist, or Clinical Scientist (RT) with a genuine interest in moving into medical sales. Or a graduate in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Physics with some experience in a sales or customer-facing role, and a genuine interest in developing a career in specialist medical sales.
The key is being a natural communicator who builds trust-based relationships to guide Clinical Scientists, Dosimetrists, and clinical teams through complex technical purchasing decisions related to RT QA and medical dosimetry. You will also be tenacious, goal-oriented, well organised and self-motivated. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
PACKAGE Salary guide: £30-35,000* plus uncapped bonus (£10,000 is realistic), company car with input into the choice of vehicle (or a car allowance), private healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday plus public holidays. * Flexibility exists for an exceptional candidate.
