As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting a specialist portfolio of radiotherapy technologies, supporting oncology teams across the NHS, private hospitals, and academic research centres.
- Consultative medical sales of radiotherapy QA devices, AI-driven autocontouring software for treatment planning, and IGRT software that supports image registration, target alignment, and adaptive treatment workflows.
- Work closely with your Application Specialist colleague, and you ll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing product advice and exceptional customer support.
- Engage with medical physics teams, including Heads of Radiotherapy, QA & Dosimetry, RT Treatment Planning, and Clinical Scientists.
- Join a supportive, collaborative commercial team. You ll take responsibility for a territory to be defined based on your location, covering 40% of the UK.
- Typically spend 3 days per week visiting customers, 2 days working from home, and average one overnight stay per week, with the flexibility to manage your diary and travel.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a qualified Medical Physicist, Radiotherapy Physicist, or Clinical Scientist specialising in Radiotherapy, with hands-on expertise in RT QA.
- You ll be passionate about radiotherapy innovations, goal-oriented, resilient, and thrive on building trusted relationships through exceptional service.
- Willing and able to travel across the territory with a full UK driving licence.
- Ideally based with good transport links (e.g. London, Crawley, Bristol, Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke), though the territory will be shaped around the successful candidate s location, so all UK-based applicants will be considered.
PACKAGE
- Salary guide: GBP42,500 – GBP50,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus, a car allowance and full benefits package. Full product and medical sales training provided.
