We are looking for a diligent and committed HR administrator to support our Co Directors of People. The role will involve providing administrative support across a variety of HR functions and will be an integral part of the HR service to the Trust and our schools.
The successful candidate will be a proficient administrator who is able to work well under pressure and is able to adapt to the changing needs of the team. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have experience of working within an HR setting and have an understanding of HR principles and practice, however training can be provided for the right person.Excellent levels of communication, attention to detail and accuracy are a prerequisite for this role.
