Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, self‐motivated Senior Business Development Manager to oversee sales in fire compliance, service contracts, and bids. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our fire safety maintenance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Actively pursue new business opportunities in your geographic area to grow the contracted portfolio.

Identify, target, and convert leads into long‐term clients by leveraging knowledge of fire safety systems and services.

Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Manage sales cycles from inquiry to contract negotiation, closing deals efficiently and effectively.

Build strong, long‐term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying upselling or cross‐selling opportunities.

Serve as the primary contact for all fire‐related queries, providing exceptional service and advice regarding compliance.

Demonstrate in‐depth knowledge of fire safety services, including extinguishers, alarms, passive protection, and full compliance packages.

Advise clients on the importance of compliance and the benefits of our offerings.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive efforts and client management.

Align with sales team and management on targets, strategies, and performance metrics.

Monitor progress toward goals, adjusting tactics as needed.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience from contact to contract fulfilment.

Participate in meetings to share insights, collaborate on strategies, and contribute to sales success.

Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Oversee preparation, negotiation, and management of service contracts; ensure timely renewal.

Ensure all documentation adheres to regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
