Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated Senior Business Development Manager to oversee sales in fire compliance, service contracts, and bids. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our fire safety maintenance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities in your geographic area to grow the contracted portfolio.
- Identify, target, and convert leads into long‑term clients by leveraging knowledge of fire safety systems and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Manage sales cycles from inquiry to contract negotiation, closing deals efficiently and effectively.
